Wedding Packages
We completely customize the "Swing Assembly" experience per the bride and groom's desires. The "spotlight" of the evening is always on the bride and groom and the band is there to serve them. We strictly follow the guidance and desires of the wedding couple regarding music choice, sound level, attire (usually black tux) and much more.
We are very responsive to the bride from the very beginning of the experience. Emails are usually answered within 30 minutes. We have a private message forum/board for band member communication. Each wedding date has its own discussion thread. We continuously update the message board with details. We know the bride is very busy and doesn't always have time to collate a comprehensive detailed list for the band. We do that for them. As the bride thinks of things regarding the band, she can just shoot off an email or text message at that time. We take that message and add it to our discussion forum. For example, let's say the bride thinks of a song she wants while at work, she can simply just text or email us the song title at that moment and we add it immediately to our board.
Our band consists of top tier talent in the Chicagoland area. The core members of the band are degreed music performance majors from the prestigious NIU school of music. Band members also use their talents to arrange music for Swing Assembly. If you want a song we don't have, we can have it arranged by one of our band members.
The band leader arrives at least 2 hours before the first guests arrive to set up the sound system. Any MP3 background music during cocktails, dinner, etc, is always included for free in the package price. We have a very high quality sound system and we mic the entire band to get the right mix for the room. Our sound system includes wireless MICs for toasts, announcements, prayers, etc. Our sound system includes, 1000W JBL EON powered mains, 1000W Yamaha monitors, 16 channel Yamaha mixer, Shure Mics, equalizers, etc.
We play the music styles per the bride's desires. We can play Blues, R&B, Pop, Rock, Motown, Latin, Funk, Disco and of course, Big Band Swing music. We have a huge selection and variety of songs which also includes the latest music from current artists like Michael Buble, Harry Connick Jr, Adele, Katy Perry and much more. During band breaks, we pump DJ/MP3 music through our awesome sound system so you get the best of both worlds.

Our prices are very reasonable, we don't ask for a deposit and there is no cancellation fee.
